The subject was seen in the area on Wednesday, May 23, but on Thursday morning around 5:30 a.m. a witness observed the subject wearing only boxer shorts as he entered a wooded area. Police found articles of clothing and a bicycle left behind.

The subject's identity is unknown but is described as a white male and 30-35 years in age.

The press release further states the subject is thought to possibly have a mental illness and the officers need to speak to him.

"The man hasn't committed any crimes," said Sheriff Tibbits. "It was just a suspicious situation and we decided to look into it."

At press time Sheriff Tibbits said no updates were available and the police are still looking for the man.
